Mawwada Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Mawwada app and keyboard ("Mawwada"), published by WZPLUS LABS LTD (company number 17498754, registered in England and Wales), 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom ("we"). By using Mawwada you agree to them. Contact: wzplus.labs@gmail.com.

What Mawwada is

Mawwada is an AI-supported communication assistant for Muslim couples. It helps you reply, understand, say and handle difficult conversations with clarity, kindness and good adab, while keeping your own voice. It is software, not a human mediator, counsellor, therapist, lawyer or scholar.

AI limitations

Replies are generated by AI and can be incomplete, wrong or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for what you choose to send and for decisions you make. Read every suggestion before using it. Use "Report this response" if something is offensive or harmful.

Islamic guidance

Qur'an verses, hadith and adab references shown in results come from Mawwada's reviewed source corpus and are never invented. They are general reminders, not fatwas or rulings. Mawwada does not give rulings on divorce, abuse, custody, self-harm or complex fiqh questions: it shows a fixed safe response, and you should consult a qualified scholar or professional. If you or someone is in danger, contact local emergency services.

Free plan and Premium

Mawwada has a Free plan with a limited monthly allowance (currently three conversations, ten keyboard rewrites, two minutes of voice, one Writing Style analysis and two Writing Style previews a month). Mawwada Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, monthly or annual, with larger monthly allowances under fair use (currently 30 conversations including follow-ups, 150 keyboard rewrites, 30 minutes of voice, 2 Writing Style analyses and 8 Writing Style previews a month). Allowances are counted per calendar month and reset on the date shown in Settings; when one is used up, the feature pauses until it resets, and we do not charge extra for overage. Allowances can change; Settings always shows the current figures. Prices are shown in Google Play in your currency before you buy. We do not guarantee unlimited use; fair-use limits protect the service for everyone.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Premium is purchased through Google Play and charged to your Google Play account. It renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown unless you cancel at least a day before renewal. Cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app or your Mawwada data does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Payments are processed by Google, and refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy and applicable consumer law. Mawwada can't refund a Google Play payment directly; use Google Play's refund request or contact us and we will help where we can. If a refund or chargeback revokes a purchase, Premium access ends.

Acceptable use

Do not use Mawwada to harass, threaten, deceive, abuse or control another person, to produce unlawful content, to attack or overload the service, to bypass limits or purchases, or to reverse-engineer it. We may restrict access that breaches these terms.

Your content and privacy

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to process it solely to provide results to you. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Mawwada, its design, software and source corpus are owned by us or our licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Third-party source texts keep their own licences.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Mawwada available but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.

Liability

Mawwada is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make or messages you send based on Mawwada's output. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law and contact

The governing law and courts are those of the jurisdiction in which the publisher is established, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Contact: wzplus.labs@gmail.com.
