Common questions

• Cancel my subscription: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Mawwada Premium → Cancel. You keep Premium until the period you paid for ends.
• Restore Premium after reinstalling or a new phone: open Mawwada → the plans screen → Restore purchases, signed in to the same Google account.
• A refund: payments are handled by Google Play; request a refund through Google Play, or email us and we will help.
• Report an offensive or wrong reply: under any reply, tap Report this response.
• Delete my data: Settings → Delete my data in the app, or see the deletion page.
